As a new mother, I found it challenging to keep track of everything, especially in a sleep-deprived state. That's why I created this tracker — to help me understand my baby's needs and routines better.
By consistently recording your baby's activities, you'll start to notice patterns in their eating and sleeping habits, making it easier to establish a routine. This tracker became an invaluable tool for me, and I hope it will be just as helpful for you on your parenting journey.
