How to use this Planner

Welcome to your new ADHD Daily Planner! This planner is specifically designed to help those with ADHD stay organized and focused on their daily tasks.

We understand that staying on task can be a challenge, but with the help of this planner, you can break down your day into manageable chunks and tackle each task one at a time.

This guide will provide you with tips on how to use the planner effectively so that you can get the most out of it. Let's get started!

Break down your day

Getting started with a new planner can be overwhelming, so we are going to take it one step at a time and break it down for you.

To start with, the daily planner page is split into 3 main sections. Each of these sections is designed to work with you, throughout your day. In the morning, start with your mindset for the day, including your focus and your habits. Then move on the productivity section by dumping all of your tasks into the 3 sections and scheduling your day.

Designed to help you focus

Your brain is beautifully unique! This is not just another planner that, despite good intentions, sits there untouched! The daily planner has been designed specifically with neurodivergent brains in mind. Here’s how it could help;

Guide prompts

We understand that managing ADHD can be challenging, which is why we created a guided planner, with plenty of helpful prompts to help you stay on track.

Important stuff on top

No more distractions. Prioritize what needs to get done first. The layout was designed so that you can work your way down the page, starting at #1 and ending your day with a quick reflection. Throughout the day, refer back to your partner and check off completed tasks. Remember to be flexible and adjust your schedule as needed.

By using the ADHD daily planner consistently, you’ll develop a routine that works for you and helps you stay on track with your daily tasks. Good luck!
